This free & confidential Anxiety Support group, offered through the Center for Counseling and Wellness (CCW), teaches Calvin students anxiety-management strategies while also providing support from both a licensed professional counselor and from peers who have similar experiences.
The group is facilitated by Mindy Worley, LPC, and meets weekly on Thursdays (12:30-1:30pm), with the expectation that students attend all scheduled sessions for maximum benefit. All new students will complete a screening appointment prior to joining the group, for the purpose of addressing any questions and ensuring that the group is a good fit for the student's goals and needs.
