This free, confidential, and fast-paced Mental Health Toolbox workshop, offered through the Center for Counseling and Wellness (CCW), teaches Calvin students effective Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)聽coping skills to decrease symptoms of anxiety & depression
The workshop is facilitated by CCW counselors and meets weekly for three 1-hour sessions, with the expectation that students attend all scheduled sessions for maximum benefit. All new students will complete a screening appointment prior to joining, for the purpose of addressing any questions and ensuring that the workshop is a good fit for the student's goals and needs.
