Establish a Scholarship

What's Your Scholarship Vision?

You can create a scholarship tailored to your specific passion or motivation. You can honor a loved one or encourage students pursuing a particular major. You can also customize your scholarship by specifying grade level, financial need, and renewability.

Criteria could include:

  • Financial need, so every student has access to a Calvin education.
  • Program of interest, so students can explore with curiosity and pursue their calling.
  • Off-campus study, so students can experience the world in a new way.
  • Nationality, so our community can be enriched by students fromÌýall over the country and the world.
  • Diversity, so we can better reflect our historical and foundational mission of Biblical reconciliation in “From Every Nation.â€
  • Plans after graduation, so students are equipped to lead with purpose and faith.

Ways to Fund a Scholarship

You can create and maintain a "currently funded scholarship" by making yearly gifts of $3,000 or more with a commitment of at least five years.Ìý

Establish an endowment with a one-time gift or a series of gifts over a period of five years.Ìý

The endowment can be funded by an individual, a family, a group of donors, or a professional organization.

You can use a planned gift, such as a bequest, IRA distribution, or estate provision to establish a named scholarship that reflects your passions or honors a loved one.

Your Gift Makes a Difference

This scholarship has both made a way for me to attend Â鶹Çø as well as opened so many doors for me in the future, and that is solely possible thanks to your generous spirit.
